Take the road out of Betws over the Pont Y Pair Bridge and park in the layby on the left
This pool starts under the Oak Tree in the left picture and tails out to the right of the Oak tree in the lower picture.
When this picture was taken it was possible to wade across from below the Oak Tree and cast from the shingle on the opposite side.
